Contracts

Overview

The Contracts screen provides a centralised view for managing your organisation’s contracts. At the top, key status counts (Active, Expired, About to Expire, Recently Added, Trash) let you instantly gauge contract health. You can quickly add new entries, apply filters, visualise contract distribution, and drill into detailed records—all from one place.

1. Status Summary

Five summary cards display the current count of contracts in each state:

  • Active

  • Expired

  • About to Expire

  • Recently Added

  • Trash

2. Add a New Contract

Click + New Contract to open the contract creation form and capture details such as subject, customer, type, value, dates, project and signature status.

3. Filters

Use the Filters panel to refine the list by attributes like contract type, date range or customer.

4. Visual Analytics
  • Contracts by Type chart shows the number of contracts for each category.

  • Contracts Value by Type (USD) chart displays total contract value per category.

5. Contracts Table

Below the charts, the table lists every contract with columns for Subject, Customer, Contract Type, Contract Value, Start Date, End Date, Project and Signature. Use the search box and pagination controls to find and navigate records. Currently, no contracts are present (“No entries found”).
