A new partnership with Ixonn Pty Limited in Sydney, Australia, will launch a platform capable of managing distribution and attribution of digital media assets on Blockchain. The Ixonn team in Sydney has evaluated a number of new frameworks, including Microsoft’s Coco, HyperLedger Fabric and Monax (Ethereum).

The new partnership intends to release a platform capable of decentralising the content distribution of digital media assets, creating a massive transformation and providing freedom to content creators, to publish, broadcast and distribute their work and obtain value compensation from the use of their work.

The ambitious project will incorporate the functionality into a new DAM platform, as well as providing a set of APIs to plug Blockchain and payments functions to existing DAM products, and it is set for release worldwide in Q3/2018.
